User Agreement

  1. Acceptance of Agreement

    By creating an account and using Fazaah, you agree to comply with this User Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

  2. Eligibility

    Users must be individuals residing in Saudi Arabia and meet the platform’s eligibility criteria. Accurate personal information must be provided during registration.

  3. Account Registration & Security

    • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
    • Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
    • You must notify Fazaah immediately of any unauthorized use.

  4. Platform Use

    • Users must use Fazaah responsibly and in accordance with platform rules.
    • Misuse, fraud, or any illegal activity may result in account suspension or termination.

  5. Financing & Participation

    6. • Fazaah facilitates peer-to-peer financial support between individuals.
    • Financing approval is subject to eligibility, review, and availability.
    • No financing or outcome is guaranteed.

  6. Fees & Charges

    7. • Any applicable fees will be disclosed clearly before the transaction.
    • Users are responsible for understanding and accepting these fees.

  7. Data Privacy & Protection

    8. • Fazaah collects and processes personal data according to PDPL and our Privacy Policy.
    • Users must provide accurate information and respect the privacy of others.

  8. Intellectual Property

    All content, logos, and software on Fazaah are the property of Fazaah or its licensors. Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without permission.

  9. Limitation of Liability

    Fazaah is not liable for financial losses, delays, or damages arising from the use of the platform. Users assume all risks associated with participation.

  10. Termination

    Fazaah reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violation of this agreement, misuse, or illegal activity.

  11. Modifications

    Fazaah may update this User Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.

  12. Governing Law

    This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
